Dr. Spector is the founding member and senior physician at Orthopedics New England, previously Metro-West Newton Wellesley Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Although no longer treating patients, Dr. Spector lends his extensive experience and knowledge as a practice advisor at Orthopedics New England. Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Dr. Spector received his medical degree from McGill University School of Medicine. From there, he completed his rotating internship at Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, Canada, and his residency in orthopedic surgery from Tufts University School of Medicine and Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

In addition to his clinical commitments, Dr. Spector served as Assistant Clinical Professor in Orthopedics at Tufts University Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Spector is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
